How long will my carpets take to dry?

Depending on room temperature and humidity, carpets are usually dry enough to walk on immediately and fully dried within 2-3 hours. Where drying times are critical we’ll use drying fans to speed up the process FoC.

What type of carpet cleaning machine do you use?

We use the AirFlex Miniflex HX which is among the most powerful cleaning machines in the industry today. It’s a British made machine and due to it’s powerful pump and vacuum we are able to clean faster and drying times are greatly reduced.

Do you move furniture?

We won’t move any heavy and valuable items such as display cabinets/TV’s etc. We ask that small items of furniture are removed from the area to be cleaned prior to our arrival.

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

This depends on the number of occupants, children and pets but most carpet manufacturers recommend that carpets are cleaned at least annually.

Do you need to visit my property to offer an estimate for carpet and upholstery cleaning?

We are happy to arrange a visit and in some cases, where specialist stain removal may be needed, we would usually take this route. In most cases however, there is no need to visit your home to complete an estimate as we are able to ask you for photos/videos of the information we need to complete the estimate.

Do you need to visit my property to offer an estimate for driveway and patio cleaning?

Do you re-sand my drive if it is block paved?

Yes, our quoted price includes re-sanding between any block paving with a high quality kiln dried sand.

Does your carpet and upholstery cleaning service include stain removal?

Our service includes a pre-treatment that will tackle most day to day stains however, if stains have been present for some time, then we would need to assess them and advise a course of action separate to the main clean. Please note that unfortunately there can be no guarantee that we will be able to remove every stain.
