Stage 1. Inspection

We’’ll start the cleaning process by carrying out an examination . We’ll identify the product type and any
manufacturers cleaning requirements. We’ll inspect any problem areas and will let you know if there are any
stains or damage that we don’t expect to be able to remove as part of our standard service.

Stage 2. Industrial Vacuum

We’ll use an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner to remove loose dirt and other particles from your carpet and
upholstery. This stage is very important as any loose dirt and particles will be harder to extract once wet.

Stage 3. Pre-spray

We’ll choose the correct cleaning solution for your type of carpet/upholstery which will be pre-sprayed over
the whole of the area, paying particular attention to heavily soiled areas and stains.

Stage 4. Agitation

For carpets, we’ll use an industrial agitation machine which has twin counter rotating brushes that work the
cleaning solution onto all the fibres, releasing and encapsulating remaining dirt and particles. The agitation
process will also lift and rejuvenate the pile of your carpet.

For upholstery we’ll use either a rotating brush, hand brush or cleaning mitt to agitate the cleaning solution
into the material.

Stage 5. Extraction & rinse

After the recommended dwell time of the pre-spray, we’ll extract the remaining dirt using our professional
cleaning machine which uses regulated high pressure water to flush the dirt from the fibres and rinse the
cleaning solution and, at the same time, the released dirt is extracted by the high power vacuum.
