Frequently asked questions

How long will my carpets take to dry after cleaning?

Typically, carpets in Kettering homes are dry enough to walk on immediately and fully dry within 2–3 hours, depending on ventilation and humidity. We can also use drying fans at no extra cost if quicker drying is needed.

Do you move furniture during the clean?

We kindly ask that small and loose furniture be removed before we arrive. For safety reasons, we don’t move heavy or valuable items like TVs or cabinets.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes, all our cleaning solutions are safe, eco-friendly, and formulated to be completely child and pet-friendly.

How often should carpets in my Kettering home be professionally cleaned?

Most manufacturers recommend cleaning at least once a year. If you have pets, children, or high footfall, more frequent cleaning may be beneficial.

Oh my word Pete, l was truly impressed with the service l got today from your punctuality, your friendly approach & explanation of the process used to deliver your expertise. My carpets look like new, the actual colour looks vibrant even before they were cleaned, they appeared finished & that was only after being vacuumed. I will definitely recommend your company.
